    Academics

    1:5 Tutoring • Study Skills

    • Format: Small-group tutoring (qualified educators)
    • Cadence: Daily blocks with progress tracking
    • Focus: Core classes, test prep, eligibility

    How it works: Families choose a homeschool program from our list of vetted vendors, each offering unique perks such as yearly stipends, online curriculum, or live teacher options. This ensures the best fit for every student.

    Once school is selected, our team builds individual learning plans with weekly checkpoints and parent updates. We protect academic momentum while developing habits that last.

    Performance Training

    Two Sessions / Day

    • Frequency: 4 days per week
    • Session 1: Speed or skill (position-specific)
    • Session 2: Weight room (strength/power)
    • Oversight: DPT/DC prevention integrated

    Speed/skill work paired with a strength block creates balanced development. Clinical oversight reduces injury risk and accelerates progress with smart progression.

    Recovery

    Physical Therapy • Contrast • Normatec • Bodywork

    • Therapies: Physical therapy & injury prevention
    • Modalities: Contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) & Normatec boots
    • Bodywork: Assisted stretching, Theragun, and massage

    Recovery is scheduled into the week so athletes adapt, not just grind. Clinical guidance ensures the right dose of work, restoration, and soft-tissue care.

    What’s Included

    EPFA Full-Time

    Designed for the student-athlete who wants a fully immersive environment: academics, training, injury prevention, and recruiting support built into the school day.

    • On-site study center and academic support
    • Daily performance training and nutritional guidance
    • Dedicated injury prevention and recovery plan
    • Marketing & recruitment mentorship for families

    EPFA Part-Time

    A training-first track for student-athletes ages 8–18, focused on development during after-school and weekend windows.

    • Pillar 3: Position-Specific technique and IQ

    We cap enrollment to keep things personal. Academic groups are no larger than 5:1, and training pods stay tight so athletes get quality reps and real coaching time.

    Yes. Meal prep can accommodate allergies, restrictions, and performance-focused plans with advance notice from parents or guardians.

    Absolutely. The Academy integrates core curriculum courses, tutoring, and study skills alongside athletic training so students stay on track academically while advancing athletically.
