We collect contact details such as name, email, and phone so we can respond to your request and coordinate care. We do not sell your information.

SMS and email appointment reminders

When you provide a phone number or email to EPC (for example when booking, registering as a client, or updating your profile), you consent to receive appointment reminders and related service messages by SMS and/or email. We send these only to remind you of upcoming appointments (for example, the day before a session). Message frequency is low (typically one reminder per appointment). You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a reminder text or by contacting us at info@epcla.com or (818) 646-0040. Message and data rates may apply.
