General Population
Our trainers specialize by goal: whether you're focused on strength, longevity, weight loss, or muscle growth (hypertrophy). You're matched with a specialist who designs your program around your objectives and tracks progress with consistent assessments and high-end tools.

Littles (Under 13)
We help young athletes build a real head start with sport-specific training, strength, speed, and agility. They work closely with each specialist so that when they move into high school and sport-specific programs, they already have the foundation: your secret weapon for long-term development. Sport-specific training for Littles is the same price as general population.

Sport-Specific Training
Same pricing as general population. We have specialists for each sport and use consistent assessments and high-end devices (Proteus, Valor, Pedics) to see how strength, power, and movement patterns develop over time. Your programming is driven by data, not guesswork.

What to Expect
All training sessions include structured protocols designed to optimize performance and reduce injury risk. While session content is individualized, each session follows a comprehensive approach:
Warm-up and Mobility Prep

Strength and Power Development

Speed and Agility Work
When applicable to your program, integrated speed, agility, and change-of-direction training conducted both indoors and outdoors to develop athletic performance.
Recovery and Cool-down Protocols
Structured recovery practices including mobility work, activation techniques, and recovery modalities to optimize adaptation and prepare for subsequent sessions.
